The firm

We prefer plain documents to impressive slides. Everything we deliver is written down, handed over, and yours to keep.
Commercial terms
How engagements are set up.
- Agreements
- A statement of work for each engagement, governed by the laws of Ontario.
- Pricing
- Fixed price per stage, or a monthly retainer for ongoing support.
- Currencies
- Invoices in Canadian or US dollars.
- Payment
- Bank transfer, against invoice.
- Hardware
- Quoted per order; delivery terms and transfer of risk set out in the agreed Incoterms.
