This notice explains how Novara Group LP (“we”) handles personal information in connection with this website and when you write to us. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. It does not set cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; we do not use this data to identify visitors.

When you email us

If you write to hello@novaraservices.ca, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal, and, if we work together, to run the engagement and keep the business records the law requires.

• We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.
• We share it with service providers (for example email hosting) only as needed to operate, under confidentiality obligations.
• Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Contract and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further use, subject to legal retention duties. Write to hello@novaraservices.ca; we respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
